information provided by users (“You”, “Your”, or “User”) while accessing or using the
FeelyTalk mobile application, website, or any related services (each a “Service”, and
collectively the “Services”).
FeelyTalk is committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring transparency in how your personal data is handled. We collect and process information strictly for legitimate business purposes, including providing a safe, secure, and meaningful communication experience on the App.
By accessing or using the App or Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Privacy Policy, including the collection, storage, processing, and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws.

If You choose to access or use the App or Services from a location outside India, You do so at Your own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the applicable local laws and regulations of Your jurisdiction. FeelyTalk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, modify, amend, add to, or remove any portion of this Privacy Policy at any time. Any such changes shall become effective immediately upon being published on the App or website. Your continued use of the App or Services following the publication of revised terms shall constitute Your deemed acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

Where required or considered appropriate, We may notify You of material changes to this Privacy Policy through in-app notifications, email, or other reasonable communication methods.
If You do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy or its future updates, You must discontinue use of the App and Services immediately. Continued use of FeelyTalk after changes are made will be deemed as Your acceptance of those changes.
By accessing or using the FeelyTalk App, completing any onboarding or registration process (including the submission of One-Time Passwords (OTP) sent to You upon Your request), interacting with in-app notifications, links, SMS, emails, or by voluntarily providing Your information in any manner, You expressly consent to the collection, use, processing, storage, disclosure, and protection of Your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
Where You choose to provide Personal Data relating to any other individual, You confirm that You have obtained the necessary consent and authorisation from such individual to share their information with FeelyTalk, and You agree that such information may be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy. FeelyTalk reserves the right to accept, suspend, or reject any submission or information provided by You at its sole discretion, without the obligation to provide reasons.

Subject to applicable laws, FeelyTalk may transfer Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI) to another corporate body (as defined under the DPDP Act and the Information Technology Act, 2000) located in India or outside India, provided that such entity ensures a level of data protection at least equivalent to the protections afforded under this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

FeelyTalk acknowledges and affirms that all Personal Information and data voluntarily provided by users on the App remains the property of the respective user. Personal Information is collected only when voluntarily submitted by the user, securely stored by FeelyTalk, and used exclusively for the purposes of providing Services, maintaining platform safety, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and improving user experience.

Users retain full control over their Personal Information and may exercise their rights of access, correction, erasure, objection, data portability, and nomination in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, subject to applicable legal and operational limitations.
FeelyTalk is committed to handling user data in a secure, transparent, and responsible manner, and to ensuring that user privacy, trust, and data protection remain fundamental to the operation of the App.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to ensure that your Personal Data is protected in proportion to the associated risks. These safeguards are implemented after considering current industry-standard security technologies, implementation costs, and the nature, scope, context, and purpose of data processing, along with the likelihood and severity of potential risks.
Personal Data is generally transmitted in an encrypted format between your device and our systems. However, where communication takes place through email services, internet service providers, or broadband networks, the possibility of third-party access cannot be entirely eliminated.
All Personal Information is protected through encryption during transmission and while stored, ensuring reasonable protection against unauthorised access, misuse, or disclosure.
The FeelyTalk App is intended to be accessed only by individuals who are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Accordingly, the App is not meant for use by persons under the age of 18 (“Minors”).
To ensure compliance with applicable laws, FeelyTalk may implement reasonable ageverification and security measures, which may include processing certain Personal Information provided by You to confirm Your age. If it is determined that You are a Minor, We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate Your access to the App.
In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), where required, FeelyTalk shall take appropriate steps to verify whether a user is a Minor and, upon such confirmation, seek verifiable consent from the parent or legal guardian before permitting continued access to the App.
If You are a parent or legal guardian and become aware that Your child under the age of 18 has created an account on the FeelyTalk App or has accessed the Services without Your consent, You may contact Us at "Insert the grievance officer email". Upon receiving such a request and after necessary verification, We will take reasonable steps to delete the Minor’s Personal Information from Our systems and restrict further access, as required by law.
Personal Information relating to You that is held by FeelyTalk may be transferred to jurisdictions outside India for any of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, in accordance with Section 16 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
You acknowledge and agree that, upon such transfer, Your Personal Information may become subject to the laws, regulatory requirements, and disclosure obligations of the recipient country, including lawful disclosure to governmental authorities, regulatory bodies, courts, or authorised third parties pursuant to a valid legal inquiry, court order, or similar lawful process.
Where FeelyTalk transfers Your Personal Information to third parties for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, We shall use reasonable and appropriate measures to implement necessary controls and safeguards to ensure that such Personal Information remains accurate, is adequately protected, is processed only for specific and legitimate purposes in a fair, transparent, and lawful manner, and is retained only for the duration strictly necessary to fulfil those purposes or to comply with applicable legal requirements.
With respect to Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI), FeelyTalk retains such information for pre-determined periods, based on the following considerations:
Upon receiving a valid request from You, We will delete Your Personal Information. However, certain information may be archived or retained where required for compliance with legal obligations, regulatory requirements, or lawful record-keeping purposes.
Please be advised that uninstalling the App alone does not result in the deletion of Your Personal Information or SPDI from FeelyTalk’s systems.
You may review, correct, update, or modify the information provided by You by logging into Your FeelyTalk account.
FeelyTalk reserves the right to verify and validate Your identity and Personal Information to ensure accurate delivery of its products and Services.

You agree and undertake to indemnify and compensate FeelyTalk in the event of any third-party claim, loss, or dispute arising from Your disclosure of information to third parties.
